Mike's entire working career has been involved in the computer
industry since 1975. Initially employed as a programmer and systems analyst Mike moved to
a Sales Career in the early eighties in the mini-computer and Unix area. Progression in
this area saw an appointment in London with a USA based manufacturer and a return to NZ to
work with National Reseller to become involved in the emerging Novell and Microsoft LAN
technology. Mike moved again to the UK to become Sales Director in a Software Development
company and later returned to NZ again in a sales role, dealing with the LAN/WAN
environment in large NZ corporate accounts, such as the Telecommunications Sector, the
Insurance Sector, Banking and other large corporate accounts.

Paul was founder of Imagineering New Zealand. Imagineering was New
Zealand's largest distributor at the time importing a wide range of software and
peripherals for the New Zealand market place. Paul assisted in taking Imagineering public
in 1986. After leaving Imagineering in 1987, Paul established a consulting company as well
as founding a Niche market distribution company, Maxcess Technology. Paul sold Maxcess
Technology to Singapore Computer Systems in 1995. Paul has over 20 years in the New
Zealand information Technology business. Today Paul is pursuing his interests in
developing the niche markets that surround the Internet.
